Return Policy

Nina Swimwear wants you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. You may return merchandise within 14-days from the day you receive your package. The merchandise needs to be sent with the original tags in new and unused condition for an Exchange.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL- WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS

We cannot provide cash or credit card refunds. __We will gladly exchange your swimsuit for another size or style if we have it in stock or provide a store credit.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, if you require multiple exchanges the shipping charges will be charged on the credit card used to make your purchase.

Condition Requirements

All tags and hygienic liners must be in place and the item must be in new condition. For this reason, do not remove your undergarments when you first try on the swimsuit. Nina Swimwear will not exchange the swimsuit or provide a store credit unless it is returned within 14 days in perfect, re-sellable condition. Please follow return procedures.

Return Procedures

Prior to returning your swimsuit you must go to “History Orders” at MY ACCOUNT and select the item you would like to return. Please note that you have 14-days from the day you receive the package.

Once you selected the item you will have to complete a form telling the reason for exchange and the item/size you would like in return or if you prefer a store credit.

You will receive an E-mail reply indicating your Return Authorization Number.

All requests for Return Authorization Numbers must be made online. No authorization numbers are available via telephone, fax or mail.

Ship Authorized Returns within Deadline

Return packages must be postmarked no later than 14 days from date of original delivery.

Return shipping address will be included on the Return Authorization confirmation memo.

Please make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package.

NOTE: If you return-ship with a carrier, you must insure and track your package. Without the tracking information we have no access to your packages whereabouts. Nina Swimwear cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in the mail.

Foreign Exchanges

Please note that foreign exchanges will bare all shipping costs on exchanges. We will not pay for the first exchange on shipping nor the Return Shipping on the first purchase.
